Default 40/40 sets and fast casting...

Hi all

Rereshing the heroes and have just given the mesmer (heroes) 40/40 sets.

As I understand it (obviously correct me if I'm wrong) fast casting will stack with the reduction in casting time and recharge they will bring.

With the above in mind, is there a preferred or recommended number of attributes points / good break point etc to put in FC, or is it pretty abritary / a personal choice?

(basically I want to reduce what I used to put in FC a bit, was 11 or 12 depending, to put into other mesmer attributes)

Cheers in advance for any thoughts, even rude ones :/

So they should stack with respect to activation time. Can't find any reference to recharge time, nor can I personally confirm either.

Regarding breakpoints, afaik people generally put 9 points in FC when splitting attributes three ways or 7 for a four way split. Psychic Instability bars are the exception, requiring 12 FC to reach the 4 second breakpoint.
